These Terms of Service govern your use of playdo-home.com and purchases made through the website. The online store is operated by Beijing Playdo Outdoor Products Co., Ltd.. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the website for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Accounts and Communications

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You agree to receive transactional communications relating to orders, delivery, safety, support and policy changes. Marketing communications are governed by your consent and opt-out choices.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, weights, compatibility and availability, but minor variations and errors may occur. Product images may show optional accessories or settings not included in the purchase.

A vehicle category alone does not guarantee fit. Before installation, you must verify the vehicle roof, factory guidance, roof rack, crossbars, mounting area, dynamic and static load limits, product dimensions and all applicable instructions. Contact PlayDo when fit cannot be confirmed.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices, discounts and availability may change before an order is accepted. The checkout or accepted written quotation shows the price applicable to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

5. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may verify payment, address, stock, shipping eligibility, fraud risk and order limits before acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order for pricing or listing error, unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, unlawful purpose, resale restrictions, shipping limitations or other legitimate reason. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy. Product defects and warranty service are governed by the Limited Warranty Policy. These documents form part of these Terms.

7. Installation, Use and Safety

You must read and follow all product, vehicle and rack instructions; use suitable tools and competent installers where needed; check fasteners before travel; respect speed, weather and load limits; and stop use if damage or unsafe conditions are suspected.

Outdoor activities and vehicle-mounted equipment involve inherent risks. Nothing in these Terms reduces PlayDo's responsibility where liability cannot legally be excluded, but users remain responsible for safe installation, operation, maintenance and judgment.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.

Do not interfere with security, scrape or access the website by automated means without permission, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.

Do not impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use website content to create counterfeit or confusingly similar products.

9. Intellectual Property

The website, PlayDo brand assets, product designs, text, images, videos, graphics, software and other content are owned by or licensed to PlayDo and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and support. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

You grant PlayDo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, translate, adapt and display submitted content for operating, promoting and improving PlayDo products and services, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Payment, logistics, social media, maps, reviews and other features may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. PlayDo is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, except where law provides otherwise.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free. Product warranties are limited to those expressly stated in the Limited Warranty Policy and mandatory law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlayDo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or loss arising from misuse, improper installation or operation outside published limits.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, PlayDo's aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including certain personal-injury, fraud and statutory consumer claims.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unsafe installation or misuse of products.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s place of residence. Where practical, please contact service@playdo-home.com first so the parties can try to resolve a dispute directly.

16. Changes, Severability and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement for website use and online purchases, together with any order-specific written terms accepted by PlayDo.
