Four Clear Steps
Use the documented pressure and mounting instructions. Dry the tent fully before storage.
Step 1 · Inspect and Unfold
Unfold the tent on clean, level ground. Remove stones, branches, and sharp objects, then inspect the fabric and valves before inflation.
Step 2 · Use the Documented Pressure
Inflate the air mattress to 10–12 PSI and the air beams to 6–8 PSI. Follow the product manual and check every valve.
Step 3 · Lift, Attach, and Recheck
Use two-person assistance for roof placement unless a safer verified lifting method is available. Secure the supplied webbing straps and recheck every attachment point.
Step 4 · Deflate, Dry, Fold, and Store
Fully deflate the mattress and air beams, organize the fabric without trapping hardware, dry the tent, fold it evenly, and return it to the storage bag.
Measured Sleep Space with Practical Ventilation
The 220 × 145 cm sleeping area uses a 15 cm inflatable mattress and is designed for 2–3 sleepers. Entry is available from both sides, with the canopy side recommended.
Mesh doors and windows help limit insects, while two dedicated vents support airflow when the main openings are closed.
Use, Weather, and Storage Boundaries
Castle Shell is intended for family outings and short camping trips. It is not recommended for high wind, heavy rain, extreme climates, or long-term outdoor residence.

Fit cannot be confirmed from vehicle type alone. Check the vehicle roof, approved rack or platform, dynamic load rating, crossbar spacing, attachment points, and the combined installed weight. If unsure, send your year, make, model, and roof/rack photos before ordering.
Ground inflation may be manageable by one person, but roof placement and final positioning generally require two-person assistance unless you have a safer verified lifting method. Always follow the vehicle, rack, and product instructions.
For documented rooftop use, inflate the air mattress to 10–12 PSI and the air beams to 6–8 PSI. Follow the product manual and monitor pressure when temperatures change.
The documented test recorded no leakage during one hour of simulated moderate rain. That result does not cover every weather condition. Do not use Castle Shell in high wind, heavy rain, long-term outdoor residence, or extreme climates.
Stop using the tent, move it to a clean safe area, identify the affected component, and follow the repair-kit and product-manual instructions. Contact Playdo support when the damage, valve, or seam is outside the documented repair procedure.
