Inflation takes approximately 12 minutes. However, if you intend to use the unit solely as a ground tent, about 5 minutes is sufficient, as the internal air mattress does not require high pressure to provide adequate support. Once inflated, mounting the unit onto the vehicle roof takes only about 2 minutes to complete. The majority of the setup time is dedicated to inflation; however, if you utilize an electric air pump, you are free to attend to other tasks while the unit is inflating.
